I ordered this part because it was supposed to match my machine, but right away the fit was off. The bolt holes didn’t line up cleanly and it sat a little crooked, so we ended up spending hours messing with it just to get it mounted. I had sent details about the machine beforehand too, but it felt like nobody actually read the message.
Once we finally got it on, it still didn’t run right. The performance was weaker than expected and it had more vibration than the old part I was trying to replace. After all that hassle, I can’t say it was worth it

Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. I did get the answer I needed in the end, so it wasn’t bad, just kind of average. Not as quick as some other places I’ve dealt with, but...

I checked out a few things, but the prices were higher than I expected. For what you get, it just didnt feel like a great deal to me. I ended up looking somewhere else instead. It might be fine for some people, but it wasnt really in my budget.

I ordered from atgequipment.com the shipping was faster than I expected. The box showed up in good shape, and the tracking was easy to follow the whole way. It’s nice when a company does what they say they’re going to do and treats the order with care. No complaints from me.

For the price, I’d say the quality is okay overall. It still works fine, but one part started wearing down a little sooner than I expected, which has me wondering how well it’ll hold up over time. Has anyone else had the same issue with it wearing out early?
